Throughout her career, Andrea has held key positions in renowned advertising agencies, brand consultancies and in-house marketing departments before creating Kandula. She possesses a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, allowing her to develop innovative communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

Andrea’s expertise spans across various industries, including consumer goods, education, technology, hospitality, healthcare, and finance. Some of her former clients include Honda, Nestlé, Pacific Life, Princess Cruises, Wolfgang Puck, Mimio, Boston Scientific, and many more. She has successfully spearheaded numerous integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging her comprehensive knowledge of traditional and digital media channels. Her ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage stakeholders has earned her a reputation for excellence and a track record of driving business growth.

In addition to her professional achievements, Andrea is a passionate advocate for education with a solid foundation in instructional design and effective communication techniques to help organizations influence the behavior of their employees and inspire systemic change.

Andrea received both her B.A. in Advertising and Business Administration and a M.A. in Education from Pepperdine. She received her Accreditation in Public Relations in 2024 and is a member of PRSA. When she isn’t working, you can find her in the gym, spending time with her two dogs, or taking weekend trips with her husband and kids.
